The Bibliographic Searching and Ordering Unit is responsible for pre-order searching and verification of items requested for purchase by the UCR Libraries. We work with all languages and all formats of materials, from print to microfilm to electronic, books, serials, CD-Roms, music CDs & cassettes, music scores, media VHS, laserdisc, DVD, government documents, maps, juvenile literature; In languages from English, French, Spanish, and German, to Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. We process gift materials accepted by the Libraries.
